P&O cruise transfer but email confirming request for refund?

Hello
Has anyone transferred their P&O cruise booking to a later date using the 125% credit offer and then later received an email which says “we’ve received your refund request”? We changed our booking a few weeks ago over the phone and are a bit worried about the email received this evening! I don’t want to clog the phone lines tomorrow if it’s just an automated email sent to many.

I think it's been sent to everybody regardless of status of FCC or refund request. They have tried to update everyone and seems it's gone pete tong1
