Random question- can anyone provide a contact (phone or email) for an appropriate department at Amazon that might help us reset a login for Amazon Prime TV account for our friend who had a stroke, is aphasic and who wants access to his Prime TV account?

My partner is his power of attorney and can provide the relevant documentation.

    Gmail has various options for resetting the password, including sending a text to the mobile if one has been registered, or using the App if that's been installed. But sometimes you can work out security answers.
