Random question- can anyone provide a contact (phone or email) for an appropriate department at Amazon that might help us reset a login for Amazon Prime TV account for our friend who had a stroke, is aphasic and who wants access to his Prime TV account?
My partner is his power of attorney and can provide the relevant documentation.

Do you have access to his PC / laptop? If so, do the forgot password option.

Gmail has various options for resetting the password, including sending a text to the mobile if one has been registered, or using the App if that's been installed. But sometimes you can work out security answers.Signature removed for peace of mind0
