is there any other way how to find address in UK without paying membership at 192.com? I only need one address. If somebody knows, thanks for you help.

If you know the area the person lives in you could check the electoral role.
If it is urgent that you find them you could ask for a message to be sent to them with your details via DWP . Have you tried facebook I had luck in the past finding a relative.0 -

It's held by the council and you can view it in libraries. At the moment I'm not sure if you can see it online for free. Maybe telephone your council ( or the council where the address is) and ask.0
