How to enter:

1. To enter this promotion, entrants must share a photo on Instagram or Instagram Stories of a baked item that the entrant has baked, tag @bakingmad and @kitchenaid_uk, use #makeittogether and nominate someone that they know to win the additional Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer with a brief explanation why.
2. Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 years or over. This promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. One entry allowed per person.  Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.

How winners are selected and notified:

1. Winners will be randomly selected (one winner per day) from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person.
2. Each winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw via Instagram Direct Message from @kitchenaid_uk using the contact details provided with their entry and will be asked to provide their address details and the address details of their nominee (the Promoter will not post both mixers to one address). If any winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize. If a winner fails to respond within 28 days of this initial contact, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
3. The prize will be sent via registered post to both of the addresses supplied within 30 days of notification (subject to any unforeseen circumstances caused by Covid19) and the winners and nominee will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt.
