OK, so I've got a PCN number on the DRP letter, and I also got the agent to email me the original letter when I spoke to her. Will email all and sundry to complain, have already emailed my MP. Will let you know how it goes, thanks again for all help, much appreciated. Hopefully I won't need the advice for a court hearing!3

We're all ready to help you empower yourself moving forward.Get that email off to the landowner and see if you can get it cancelled soonish.3

You all certainly have and I feel much better than when I first put the phone down to DRP. It just goes to show how bullying works, and I am someone who usually has no problems in complaining, so can't imagine how it must affect someone who finds it difficult. A good reminder as to why these forums are so important!4

I have, thanks. Quite interested in seeing that happens next, I've written to the landlords (British Land and Legal and General) and my MP. Will post any updates.3

I was in the same boat as you. I received 11 "invoices" from 3 different scamming companies...DRP, Zenith and Gladstones. I've followed the advice from the people in the know on here. Just make use of the Newbies section. It is quite intimidating at first but over time it makes perfect sense. I'm now waiting for a court date and actually having fun emailing the solicitors. Just chill...5

Thanks Nomad1967, my MP wrote back today to say that she's written to G24, we'll see what they say. For one second yesterday I considered paying it, just so it would go away (making a big whole in my already tight budget!) so I'm so glad I sought advice from people on this forum.2
