Well what a coincidence: I've literally just received the application back through the post with a big red sticker on it saying it can't be delivered as the address is incomplete. I posted the application at the end of March and used the "FREEPOST Name" one-line address. What a joke Royal Mail are. There's also one of the pieces of ID missing but glad to have the other birth certificates back.
