Halifax Reward account change - telephone number?

The first I read or heard about the upcoming change was a couple of days ago but I've not had any contact from Halifax or BoS at all.  I can't get through on any of the published telephone numbers (the automated system just hangs up after saying they aren't taking calls) to ask to keep the Reward Account and they won't do anything in branch where they said there was a dedicated number which had been advised in the letter which I haven't received (either by post or online).  Apparently this dedicated number is being answered.

Does anyone of you lovely people have the number I should be phoning please?  Thanks ever so much.

All account holders were advised either by mail or by electronic message. There are various numbers, but may be wise to check for the message when logged into your account - Look top tight for your inbox. Messages were sent out from early March.

It depends when you opened the account as to whether you receive a letter. Accounts opened from a certain date won't receive a letter as the information on changes (from 1st July for these accounts) was available at the time of account opening.

I was taking it for granted, as if you've just recently opened an account there wouldn't be any change and you already know you were having the New reward account.

The problem is that I don't have a message from the bank!  I opened the account in 2009 so I really don't know why they haven't written to me.
Could anyone have a number that they phoned please?  Thanks,

Did you already have the Reward account (Halifax)?  If not, there's nothing to change.
Have you been using your account in the last year?
Do you have a Vantage account with Bank of Scotland?  I'm not aware of those accounts changing.

Is it actually easy and quick to get through - people wanting to transfer in help to buy isas to Halifax on another thread have been reporting long call waits and delays in the process. No idea why you can't do this online via internet banking - do you want to keep your rewards account or not? Surely Halifax doesn't want to be clogging up its phone lines?

I don't think there was any delay, certainly no queue.  Presumably because it is a dedicated phone number - simply to confirm one wants the new account, provide sort code and account number, and to select (the press 1 for X, 2 for Y variety) the reward and method and then finally confirm.
