in Credit cards
My Credit card interest has rocketed as didn't change it sooner. I've been to the bank and they say I have to speak to people online and to either apply for a new credit card with low rates if eligible or a personal loan if eligible. Told in the bank that my credit rating is good but after trying to call the bank several times I get cut off , looked to apply for credit cards & personal loans on both my bank and various online calculators but get told not eligible. what to do ???

If you can't BT it, then you need to pay it off the old fashioned way.
Cut your costs and throw everything you can at it0 -
If you have debt that you can't refinance, that effectively leaves you with the traditional options of earning more or spending less - try posting on https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/debt-free-wannabe for more ideas on that front.0
