Hi guys,
In the first week of Lockdown, just after the initial novelty wore off, we decided to clear out the garage - we noticed some fresh droppings then but didn't think much off it. Our cat took a bit of interest in where they were after we'd cleaned them up but that was the end of it.

Now they've appeared on our doorstep - outside and we'd like confirm what we're up against  :D

I'm saying hedgehog. Any advance on that?
Thanks.

On a positive note, it's definitely not rat droppings.
  • Thanks people! We've settled on hedgehog...
@babyblade41, I'm a carp fisherman and have spent many a night out under the stars, and you're right fox sh** is definitely the worst! I didn't get that close to this but I reckon I'd have been able to smell it.

Definitely! And we've had that problem before. And mice! I think I'm just a magnet for wildlife :)

I suggest the thread is re-named "Scattology for Amateurs"  :D

Confirmed! My neighbour opposite has been tracking (nature cam) the culprit, a "beast of a hedgehog", from the back of his shed, to the front of my house and then back again... does the trip most nights apparently, evidently oblivious to Lockdown restrictions :o
