Hi guys,
In the first week of Lockdown, just after the initial novelty wore off, we decided to clear out the garage - we noticed some fresh droppings then but didn't think much off it. Our cat took a bit of interest in where they were after we'd cleaned them up but that was the end of it.
Now they've appeared on our doorstep - outside and we'd like confirm what we're up against

I'm saying hedgehog. Any advance on that?
Thanks.

Also looks like hedgehog to me, we get them regularly in our garden and they are not particular where they poo..0

On a positive note, it's definitely not rat droppings.

Thanks people! We've settled on hedgehog...
@babyblade41, I'm a carp fisherman and have spent many a night out under the stars, and you're right fox sh** is definitely the worst! I didn't get that close to this but I reckon I'd have been able to smell it.1 -
Definitely! And we've had that problem before. And mice! I think I'm just a magnet for wildlifeTELLIT01 said:On a positive note, it's definitely not rat droppings.

I suggest the thread is re-named "Scattology for Amateurs"

Confirmed! My neighbour opposite has been tracking (nature cam) the culprit, a "beast of a hedgehog", from the back of his shed, to the front of my house and then back again... does the trip most nights apparently, evidently oblivious to Lockdown restrictions
