Hi,
Media suggested that cashplus had applied for a license to become a proper bank last year.
Just wondering if anyone knows when this is likely to be?

Well it looks like it was 2017

>>2 Nov 2017 - Cashplus has become the latest challenger bank to apply for a full banking licence, joining the likes of Monzo, Atom and Starling. Unusually for a digital challenger bank, Cashplus has been around for 12 years and says it already safeguards around £200m in customer deposits.<<
Given the other mentioned are now fully fledged banks. Then Cashplus must really be struggling to meet the criteria of a proper bank.Life in the slow lane1
