Hello all, I've recently moved my main current account from Halifax to Natwest, and I'm having a couple of issues with the app, wonder if anyhow knows the answers:

1. Has anyone got Open Banking to work? I can't add my Santander account, I get an error from the app after validating on Santander.

2. Is there any way to deposit a cheque via the app (I suspect not but had to ask) - I got used to that on Halifax.

I’m with NatWest. 

1. Can’t help never used it. 

2. Unfortunately no, I needed to deposit a cheque recently and had to do it in branch.

I've tried open banking with various providers - always had issues with it, doesn't seem to work properly.  Does anyone know one that works?
No, you cannot deposits cheques with it.

I have the NatWest app and have managed to link my accounts with all of the banks that I have that are on the NatWest list. Santander, First Direct, HSBC, Nationwide and Ulster Bank all now appear on my NatWest app.

It may help the validation process if you also have set up the Santander app on the same device

No, you cannot deposits cheques with it.

I've just added my Santander current account to the Halifax app (kept a credit card with them).  Still not working with the Natwest one though.
