This might not be the best place to post (if not, please forgive me). I have just been on ICICI's UK platform, navigating widely to both source information on the main site and perform tasks within my profile. Writ large, there are too many spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors to begin to list. One of the simple warnings consistently given out to the public on how to spot a fake site is to look out for these signs. ICICI is a spectacular fail, particularly in the bizarre and eccentric use of capitalization. Indeed, given the sheer number of grammatical and spelling slips that abound on page-after-page on site, I think it would arose my suspicious - in a reversal of the normative - if ICICI's web team suddenly decided to acquire a passing acquaintance with spelling, grammar and punctuation in English. Is it too much to expected a reasonable standard of literacy from an institution that, perforce, if we access their online banking platform, we must trust with our money? By-the-by, I find transacting within profile an equally frustration-ridden experience: a reflection, perhaps, of the poor IT skill-sets at ICICI - procurement included - that manage to out-do their poor English usage by a wide margin.
