Festival Ticket Refund Rights

I've recently completed a 3 month payment plan for a single adult ticket to a UK music festival due to take place in August. Inevitably, this has been cancelled.
I would have no problem holding on to the ticket until next year as proposed by the ticket provider. However, on one hand, I have no confidence that the pandemic is going to be 'solved' within the next year and, on the other, have already faced numerous losses making staying afloat a little more difficult than usual. Given this, I'd really appreciate a full refund asap.
I have received an email from the ticket provider stating that it may take up to 90 days to receive the refund from the date I apply. On top of this, they made it very clear in the email that they will not refund the booking fee. In addition, they have made no mention of refunding the paid postage charges (the tickets have not yet been posted) nor the £3.95 fee I paid in order to enable a refund under any circumstances.
As far as I'm concerned, I should be entitled to every penny I have paid given the circumstances.
My question is - am I lawfully obliged to wait the full 90 days, and am I lawfully entitled to receive a full refund including the booking fee, 'cancellation protection' and postage fee?
I'm thinking that, if not refunding the booking fee is a breach of my consumer rights under these unprecedented circumstances, that I may as well just print all of the emails off, go down to the bank and file for a chargeback...
The full amount paid was £214.20, and the proposed refund seems to be £195. I'm taking this as implied given that the email states the face value of the ticket will be refunded, and makes no mention of the other costs paid.

Plenty of threads on this subject.
You will most probably struggle to get the booking fee refunded as I presume they have already done the work in processing your booking - it which case, they are entitled to be paid for said work.
What do the T&Cs say about it ?
  • Chic festivals owe me £448 & have no intention of paying me a farthing, reading your situation I would quite comfortably take the £195..
