Holiday Cancellation - Non COVID Related

I have a holiday booked with Virgin Holidays in September, due to circumstances not COVID-19 related, I now need to cancel this holiday. However I am not able to make contact with Virgin Holidays as they are only dealing with Holidays due in the next 72 hours. In line with their cancellation policy if I cancel within 84 days we will only lose our deposit (which we are fine with) however anything after 84 days and charges are incurred. Cancellations need to be in writing. I cannot find an email address to forward my cancellation onto and I am not able to cancel using the Manage My Booking page on their website.  My concern is that I am fast approaching the 84 days and don't want to incur additional costs due to not being able to make contact due to the current situation.

Recorded delivery is perhaps 'over the top' and means running the risk that if no-one there is willing to sign for it then your notice is not delivered. Whereas if you simply send it by ordinary post and get proof of posting, the law presumes that it was delivered.

thank you - I did see the postal address but had concerns with proof of delivery, and whether anyone was actually back in the office to open mail. Email is so much easier for an audit trail. To be double sure I may send one letter recorded and the other ordinary post. I totally understand that with the COVID-19 situation there are priorities but I also have a suspicious mind and don't want to be out of pocket when Virgin say they didn't receive my cancellation in line with their cancellation policy.
