How long for TSB to pay switch incentive ?

I opened  a TSB Classic plus account on 18th Feb using a refer a friend link.  There was a £100 incentive for referer and referee at the time. ( now withdrawn ).
 I switched in a Nat west current account using the CASS which was completed on 12 March.  There were 2  existing DDs on the NW account which transferred over and subsequently paid out on 3rd April and 8th April.  ( 8th April would be 28 days after the switch completed so only just within TSB window for necessary transaction).  I paid the required £500 in on 14 March.
 I have not received any incentive yet , and I haven't been able to talk to anyone at TSB by phone as they ( quite rightly) are prioritising customers with more important needs.  I was wondering ;
1. Have I done everything right to claim the incentive (  I would have preferred the DDs to pay out earlier but the organisations were very slow to change over ( TV licence)
2. Is it unusual for TSB to drag their feet when paying an incentive?  The T&Cs say they will pay out 28 days after the switch conditions have been met.  I realsie that the Covid crisis has badly affected a lot of banks and they are working with minimal staff.
Is anyone else in a similar situation?  Thanks for any input

    It sounds like the referral didn't track due to cookies not being accepted.
    You need to ring the switchers helpline on 0345 835 7838 and press 1 on the menu options (they answer pretty quickly) or email tsbswitchers@tsb.co.uk with the details (include your name, account number, switch link, switch reference number). You'll then be paid the incentive pretty quickly if you've met the terms which it sounds like you have.

    In reality many if not most were paid 2 weeks after switch completed where switched account had minimum 2 direct debits.

    I've done loads of these, and most were around 3-4 weeks from switching completion date. I always got £500 paid in as soon as it was open, as for the direct debts sometimes they hadn't been taken before I got the bonus, as long as they get moved across and set up thats enough

    Thank you for the email address which I was unable to find online myself.   Your analysis of the problem was indeed correct and
    I'm happy to report that both parties have now received the switch incentive.
