Yes - no problems. From Octopus to GNE at end of April. All fine - already got Octopus Final Bill.

I need to move from Tonik energy, who are useless even without a crisis, so I'm a bit wary about switching.

It's your new supplier that would be responsible for managing any switch, crisis or no crisis.

My switch completed the middle of April with no issues. Final bill and small credit payment for both supplies were issued before the end of the month.
