Consolidate utility bills

Hi,
A close friend of mine has mental health problems and is on benefits (not sure which ones) and as a result bills and money are often an issue. In particular, my friend would prefer to have their utility bills merged into one so that they are easier to deal with (having them all come out on one date is an option) I have had a quick look at firms such as Glide and OneUtilityBIll but understand that sometimes they might not be as cheap as just doing it seperately.
What do you think would be best?
PS: any local helpline numbers for mental health and money counselling in Greater Manchester would be amazing.

If someone is on benefits and bills are often a problem, I don't think a possible additional cost just to consolidate into one bill is a good idea (especially as it probably limits what suppliers can be used for the various utilities) and will never be anywhere near the cheapest option.
He/she could look for some advice from money advice or citizens advice in their local area (https://www.onemanchester.co.uk/support-opportunities/money-benefits-advice, https://www.citizensadvicemanchester.org.uk).
Apart from that, if they've spoke to you about it, maybe you could help to make sure they are on the best deals available for things like their energy supply. If direct debits aren't possible, although its never the cheapest option, you can get payment cards where you agree to pay a certain amount each week to cover the cost of some bills, and some people find this easier to budget.0
