Great result! Well done. Can someone please explain to me how;
1. It isn't fraud when a PPC runs a carpark with no agreement in place
2. They shouldn't be forced to pay back every ticket they've issued at that location (or perhaps why members of the public couldn't go after them for compensation).
It just seems mad that our legal system can't deal with these issues! I still remember those claims from 10+ years ago against the banks for unfair charges, maybe it's time....
