Hello, just a thanks from me for the advice. I requested a charge back to my credit card company. They came back saying I would need proof of cancellation. I rang the company asking for this, telling them I needed an invoice for cancellation as I was refunded minus 10% to 'expense back to my company'. He then said he could refund me the 10% (without me even pushing for it?!.. may he caught on)
