Wife bartered him down to £350 but not even worth that really as floor badly done but it will have to do for now.

The bin men took the sink surprisingly. Must have been well hidden.
Left us with loose taps. Have ordered a set of box spanners to see if I can tighten them myself.

you would be better off with a basin wrench ( screwfix) a box spanner wont fit on unless you remove the pipework1
