Any other sites other than Spareroom?

I think those are the main ones. If you're really desperate, lowering the price is always an option.

If you are a live-in landlord, you do not ever want to refer to a lodger as a tenant. Nor do you want a contract that confers all the rights of a tenant on what would otherwise be an "excluded occupier". Choose your terms carefully.

I half heartedly stuck an ad up on spareroom and had interest shown about every other day - Not being desperate, I could afford to be choosy. Most didn't get past the FO button... If you are not fussed by the quality of the lodger/tenant, pitch your price at the lower end of the market.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

SpareRoom has the market sewn up, at least where I am in London.

The exception is that there are a few Facebook groups that are extremely popular which are used by flatmates to find replacement flatmates in houseshares.  However they probably wouldnd't accept adverts from live-in-landlords.

Still, you might find there's a more general Facebook group for your local area where you could post?

I was going to say local selling groups on FB and market place have property rentals and lodger adverts.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
