Bounce back loan

Hello, I’ve been refused a bounce back loan by starling bank. They won’t give a reason so what are my options? Any help gratefully appreciated.

Was wondering if anyone could give me some advice? I applied for a bounce back loan with Hsbc bank on the 5th May. I am a
sole trade with a personal account with Hsbc. I uploaded my 2018/2019 tax return with application as advised and received a loan application I.D. number straight away but absolutely nothing since. Tried ringing bank all day today but couldn't get through. This has been 2 weeks nearly now and not even an e-mail. Any ideas to what I should do?0 -

My son has been refused a bounce back loan with Starling. He is an ltd company and they are saying that he needs to show them his professional qualifications. What they on about?0
