I received the above plants yesterday and wondered if anyone could share some advice on how to care for them.
Some of the websites I've looked at are quite convoluted and I've found it difficult to get the information I need.

I wonderend if anyone could advise on:
If to transfer to a larger pots and if so what size? (intended on having toms in hanging baskets).
What to plant them into (sand/gravel + compost) and how often to feed and water?
Are any not suitable for greenhouses (at work so can only water in morning and evening)?
Would any be suitable for a basket under a canopy with no direct sunlight?

Any tips or resources greatly appreciated.

You can get compost for hanging baskets that has water retaining granuals in. Worth getting some of those granuals for the pots too in case you can't always get to water them. Under a canopy you are going to have to be very vigilant and the amount of shade may affect the tomatoes ripening.
You definitely need larger pots. The theory is that they should go slowly  into ever increasing pot sizes but this may be difficult for you if you are keeping them at work and that you should repot in autumn or early spring before growth. I'd put the rose into a large pot straight away and tease the roots out just a little. The geranium and pinks into a slightly larger one. For all use a John Innes No 3 with some stone in the bottom for drainage.
Not sure what the other plants are. Sweet Peas?

I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

    Your welcome.
Pinks and geraniums don't want too much water. Just keep an eye that they're not bone dry for long. They both need some sun, come from hot countries.
See how the tomatoes grow in the shade. It needs to be somewhere where the insects will go to polinate them. Perhaps you can put them in some sun once you get the fruit so it ripens. It depends on the sort of rose if it needs a lot of sun, they vary but as long as it has some during the day you should be ok.
Peas and tomatoes might need feeding. MiracleGrow is cheaper than Phostrogen and should keep them going. You mix it with the water when watering. Definitely worth the trouble. A warm tomato fresh from the plant is like eating sweets. You might not get them as far as the kitchen :)

Tomatoes don't need pollinating, the wind does it or you do it when you brush past them or when you brush them with your hand. They're self pollinating.Same as peppers or chillies.
