Insolvency register

10 Posts First Anniversary
Hi been in iva 5 years 5 month now. But still waiting on aperture if I should try and release equity or potentially 1 more year. But my question is will my name come off the insolvency register after six years if I still after pay for another year

    your name will be on the insolvency register until 3 months after you get your completion certificate, these 3 months will show your IVA as being completed. You'd normally get your completion certificate some 1-3 months after your last payment. Your IVA will go from your credit file after 6 years(from date IVA was approved by creditors)
