Reclaining hire company admin fees on an invalid/successfully appealed parkingeye ticket

Hi all :) I couldn't see anything about this in the newbies thread. While using a hire car to get to hospital appointments as a patient ParkingEye issued a ticket. (Legitimate disabled bay parking. They issued a ticket incorrectly claiming the car was in a pick-up/drop-off area). The ticket was successfully appealed, but…

Hire agreements typically mention fines and the penalties, as a charge from an un regulated parking company is none of those they can not charge you .
and if they do then there could be a consumer rights act issue at play, as wny ine could issue a charge to a hire company and then get paid
