Has anyone had a problem cancelling Freddie's Flowers? They say you're not tied into anything and that it's not a subscription service, which is cheeky because it is - they will take your money each month unless you tell them not to. Surely that's a subscription service?
They say you can "cancel at any time" yet don't make it clear how to cancel.
You can delete your account but only if you phone or email them, but emails go unanswered.

Had no problem ending my subscription.  I emailed and had a reply straight away.

So have you had no success in contacting them by phone?
How long have you given them to respond to your email request to cancel?

I don't use the phone due to disability. No reply to emails in three weeks, now trying social media. I have to keep remembering to cancel on the calendar otherwise they take money from my account. I don't know how they can say it's not a subscription service.

I emailed them to cancel - can't you just set multiple weeks of holiday and email them immediately with your cancellation?

I have found their customer service to be really prompt - either by email or messenger. And they deal with issues very quickly and generously.
