Ticketmaster Gift Card

I received a Ticketmaster Gift Card as a Birthday present in December 2019, I have not used it  or booked anything with it and due to Coronavirus may not be able to use it. Can I  or the gifter claim  a refund?

I have looked on their web site but they due not seem to cover this subject.

I to am in exactly the same position. A £50 gift card expires on the 31st August 2020 and there is no way I am going to be able to use it. I can't believe we are the only two people who are in this situation or even asked the question. I emailed Ticketmaster two months ago but have had no response.

I don’t suppose you have had any response? In the same situation and not had a response either!

Me too. Their phone line isn't manned and I can't find an email address to contact them. Has anyone found a way yet?

Why would you get a refund? The best you will probably get is an extension.

Maybe they were wanting to book a certain gig or what the options are.

Can I extend my Gift Card once it expires?

Unfortunately not – it's valid for 12 months, but if you haven't used it by that time we can't extend the card's life. Please remember to check when your card was bought so you don't lose out.
