New hoover

Hi any advice would be appreciated! I bought a Henry Hoover from Very.co.uk 6 weeks ago and this morning while hoovering the hose came detached from the nossle!! I had my last Henry @ 10 years! Does anyone know if they will replace it thanks!

Some call all vacuums Hoovers/ I always did but now I actually do own a Hoover branded.

Depending on how it's become detached it can be quite common and just needs to be "screwed" back into place, the hose is spiralled like the threads on a screw and it can unscrew as you move the vacuum around.0

As Fosterdog says. We've had a Henry for a few years and it occasionally the hose becomes detached after some over-enthusiastic hauling around. It's a two minute job to screw it back into place.0
