New hoover

Hi any advice would be appreciated! I bought a Henry Hoover from Very.co.uk 6 weeks ago and this morning while hoovering the hose came detached from the nossle!! I had my last Henry @ 10 years! Does anyone know if they will replace it thanks!

    Some call all vacuums Hoovers/    I always did but now I actually do own a Hoover branded.

    As it is 6 weeks from purchase, they would be 'better' asking the retailer; Very.

    That said, I don't know if a Henry hose should disconnect from the 'nossle!!' [sic]' and how easily it can be rectified.

    Depending on how it's become detached it can be quite common and just needs to be "screwed" back into place, the hose is spiralled like the threads on a screw and it can unscrew as you move the vacuum around.

    No he didn't, it was named after him.

    As Fosterdog says. We've had a Henry for a few years and it occasionally the hose becomes detached after some over-enthusiastic hauling around. It's a two minute job to screw it back into place.
