Butlin’s refund

Our break to Butlins has been cancelled and I’ve requested a refund. They’ve sent an automated email reply saying someone will be in touch but I will be refunded in instalments as that’s how I paid. Are they allowed to do this?

You will get the refund all the same day but will show up as how much the installments where.

Your refund will come back to you the same way you paid, so if you paid through instalments your refund will come back to you through instalments. Your full refund should come through in 28 days

Yes,  they can refund each payment rather than one total.
