Hi I'm after some advice, my credit card says that I've defaulted on my payment of £30, however I've tried to contact them as my payment was made on time as I checked with the bank, its now affected my credit score, any suggestions greatly appreciated

Your credit card says?? Do you have a copy of your credit report (can be obtained online free of charge via a number of sites)? If so, what does it show in relation to this credit card?0

I do have a report it's says that it was a late payment, however it wasn't missed0

I would not worry to much about your credit score it is a made up figure that no one else but you ever will ever see.0
