DPD,Hoover Collection

HI, so my Dyson Vacuum has a faulty switch problem, it is still under the 5-year warranty so I contacted Dyson.

Due to the current pandemic they are not doing house calls but have arranged for DPD courier to collect it from here. The DPD driver will provide a box to put it in for return to them to do the repair.

All sounds good, but I am a bit concerned as I know how couriers treat things, anyone had an experience of couriers providing a box?

Photograph the  cleaner before you place it in the box. Dyson are supplying both the packaging and the courier so will be liable for any damage to the machine whilst in their possession.

I suspect Hoover could be relieved to see it's not one of their machines!

    Touché
It's strange how some brand names become synonymous with the item/application, eh?
