We can tell that the DWP are treating the 3 people living with you now as non dependents because the deduction for a non dependent is £73.89 and 3 times that is £221.67.
It is difficult for us to know how that has happened but it has.  Now you need to correct it.
People have told you how to report the change of circumstances.  Before you do that I suggest that you telephone them and ask them exactly what you have to do to correct this mistake.  Have pencil and paper ready in case you have to write down multiple steps.
When you telephone I would also ask them about your 5th tenant.  Are they paying rent or has the tenancy agreement been altered/new one made and the 5th tenant removed and the rent is now shared between you?
Great, I will do this. As far as I know, the fifth tenant is still paying rent. There has been no alteration to the tenancy agreement.
Re: tomtom's post, I spoke to UC exactly one month ago about the issue so I suspect timing is not a factor.

When you reported the change on your claim, it is still relies on someone on the UC side verifying what you have reported,
What you are saying appears to suggest that there is a problem with the verification process, so send a journal.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

    Hello,
Just to follow up on this: the error in my award was, apparently, a system error on the UC side rather than any human error. This has now been rectified and the outstanding payments have been released to my account. Thanks all for your assistance and support with this.

    Glad it's been resolved.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
