Virgin Money credit card and online banking

I have two Virgin Money Credit cards but I can only access one of them online..has anyone else had this problem? It seems to be a problem with their system as I have one card registered with the app, and can't add another card. Had long waits trying to get this sorted twice and still doesn't work. In the end they asked me which browser and said I should use Explorer!! It can't be a browser issue. I've had to ask for paper statements but I do feel this is a major failing that they can't resolve it and a risk to my financial security because I can't keep regular review of one of my accounts. In exasperation I gave up trying as when I ask for an access code it gives me a number to call which says ' we need to speak to you about your Virgin Credit card as soon as possible' then when I phone they don't seem to know anything about this. Shambolic from such a big company.

I used to have Tesco credit cards (2) and there was no problem setting them both up via an app which let's face it is an easier way to access accounts and something we should expect..has anyone experienced this and found a solution, because clearly Virgin themselves can't..
