    I'm with penners.
I've been with them 18 month, not the cheapest nor the most expensive.
Really easy to use, I'm happy to stay with them.

Been with them for nearly 12 months. They made a mess of transferring in my pension after leaving my information in an envelope on a table for weeks, then blamed The Pension Trust, but eventually got it sorted out. The website is easy to use and withdrawals are simple. Four negatives - the first two are not a problem for me
1 - you cannot set up a set monthly withdrawal, you have to apply each month - but it is easy to do
2 - will not use HMRC tax code but that is no problem for me
3 - my real bug bear - I really need each withdrawal on 9th of the month but you cannot request a withdrawal until 6th of the month and then wait 6 or 7 working days to receive the money. You cannot make a request on 1st of month to receive payment around 9th of the month
4 - they do not separate out fees and growth. You get a total value of your pension but cannot tell how much of the change is down to fees and how much down to growth / decline in the fund. Did ask but they won't do it

Not sure about the title of 'Beekeeper' for the advisor, but maybe I am old fashioned.

They don't have much choice of funds but I wanted a low risk fund so excellent for me (Preserve Plan) as using this pension to fund me for 4 years until state pension and other DB pensions kick in
