Recently separated from my partner. She has a TV in her house that I have on credit from argos. I would like this back, how do I go about it?

Is it your tv or did you buy it as a gift? If it's yours you may have to wait until isolation is over to go and get it back, if it was a gift to her then you have no right to it.0

Ask for it, offer to collect it at a certain time so she can put it by the door for you. Be friendly and brief. If you start demanding it back, she might make it more difficult than it needs to be.0
