How stop email notifications from MSE Forums?

I have spent some time reading various help pages on MSE but can't find out how to do this. I keep getting emails about comments to threads I've bookmarked and if I unbookmark them the notifications continue. There is no 'unsubscribe' option in the email and I can't find a 'contact us' link on the site. The old site had a menu option to add or remove a thread subscription and the option was also available in each email. Any help would be appreciated.

Darn. I found out how to do it almost immediately after posting the new thread. It's a little icon like three volume sliders seen when you click 'Notifications' at the top of the window. I've never seen it before, and Notifications is absolutely where I looked first! Sorry guys.
