Vax ONEPWR Glide Hard Floor Cleaner for 'rough' tiles?

I was just wondering if anyone has used the Vax ONEPWR Glide Hard Floor Cleaner on 'rough' tiles?
We thought it would be a good Health & Safety idea to pay a bit extra and put a textured floor tile (it feels a bit like fine sandpaper) in the bathroom in our bungalow.  It is great that we have never slipped on our wet floor but boy, does it take a lot of scrubbing to clean it as it gathers the dirt in the surface!  Do any owners of the cleaner have any thoughts?  Many thanks!

Yes, we often use a steam cleaner as we use the scrubbing brush behind it but we also have to soak up all the water that creates.  The Vax looks great but companies can be very clever at making fantastic promotional videos.

We use a steam cleaner and it doesn't leave water behind and certainly doesn't need any scrubbing after.  Is your steam cleaner working properly?

Well it certainly produces steam.  Are your tiles 'smooth' tiles?

They are limestone, so yes, smooth.  But there isn't any water left behind. Our floor is bone dry within 30-60 seconds, it leaves a sort of mist that evaporates.  No water though.
