I’m in NZ trying to Set up the Vodafone app on my iPhone. To verify my email address Vodafone send an email but my inbox is just not receiving it. I’ve set the country/region to NZ. I’ve repeatedly clicked on Vodafone all to send a message but no luck for days and days. I’ve give onto 3G too but no luck. It worked for 2 other people in my party who received their email to verify but will not work on the two other people in the party. I’ve spent hours on the live chat of Vodafone NZ with no luck. Can anyone in here help me?
Thanks a lot.

Try another email provider. It doesn't need to be with Virgin.
Test it with a disposable email provider:
https://www.emailondeck.com/
https://www.guerrillamail.com
are a couple of options

Had the same with the Vodafone Forum. Some email accounts just will not receive emails from Vodafone. No idea why,
it can be very random. My gmail accounts always seem OK with it. Yahoo patchy, AOL typically no chance.

AOL email used to live in its own little world where they would just block all email from certain providers for reasons of spam prevention. Usually the free email providers Hotmail (as it was then), Yahoo and a seemingly arbitrary bunch of other domains. I used to wonder if they would get to a point where an AOL user could just receive emails from other AOL users and that was it, though in the walled environment of the AOL Desktop (oh God help us!) it wouldn't have been a major surprise.AOL still do this Desktop, though they apparently don't give it you for free and charge some ridiculous amount for it too.0

I have my own domain with 1&1 (Ionos) - I often have problems with sending to hotmail. The messages don't arrive but don't bounce back either. 😕Neil_Jones said:AOL email used to live in its own little world where they would just block all email from certain providers for reasons of spam prevention. Been a long time since I tried AOL. I have over 14 logins/accounts with them.

Carphone warehouse took over and it just died a very fast death. Makes me smile when Facebook have a brilliant idea and I think we had that
on AOL many years ago, nothing new.
I have my own domain also and Halifax send me letters saying an email got rejected, yet they send my CC statement and current account statements
all within days of each other and they all arrived OK. Just one savings account statement fails (according to them).
