Mazda 2 windscreen washer pump

Hi all, not sure if this is the best place to post but I wasn’t sure where else would be appropriate. I have a Mazda 2, 2011 plate. The back screen washer works, the front doesn’t. There’s only one reservoir for screen wash and it’s full. I’ve tried unclogging with a pin and nothing happens. How can I tell whether it’s the pump, the fuse or something else? And does anyone know how much it might cost to have a new pump fitted?
Thanks in advance!

Turn the ignition on, but don't start the engine. Obvs turn the radio, heater fan etc off. Get somebody to operate the washers, as you listen carefully round the front. Can you hear the motor?
It may be that the pipe's blocked, it may be that the motor's died.
Fuses don't just blow - something blows them. It's quite likely the same fuse for both front and rear, maybe wipers too - so if they're all working, it's probably not that.
The motor itself won't be expensive, and fitting depends on how accessible it is - but probably not a ridiculous job. I doubt it'd take an hour.0 -
Think the one pump does both, and one fuse for both don't quote me on that. Guessing there's a blockage . With the engine off and ignition on can you hear a buzz from the pump. There is a mazda 2 owners website.0

One pump for both would be unusual. One tank, yep.1

one pump is normal nowadays, the switch just reverses the current

Read the manual to see which fuse supplies it then check the fuse or whatever shares the fuse. Mazda forum is a good idea, they will tell you how to access the pump and known problems.Mine stopped working last year due to a corroded connection on the pump so it might be an easy fix.0

One pump for the front and rear is not that unusual. Ford have been doing that for a fairly long time.AdrianC said:One pump for both would be unusual. One tank, yep.
Spins one direction for the front and reverses for the rear. Simple one way valve to direct the flow a lot cheaper than
a 2nd pump.
