Unable to open OVA file

Hello all,
My first post
I am unable to open an OVA file in firefox, after a factory reset W10. Before factory reset it worked fine with my memory stick. I have downloaded, but unable to open the file. This is the sreenshot that appears when attempting to open. I have tried to open with other options media player/internet explorer with no joy. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Thats a virtual machine file it's 4.5GB , you need to open it in Virtual Box
