Pensions and estranged wife

Does anyone know if my wife would be entitled to any of my pension. We have been separated for over 10 years and I am now applying for a divorce.

No-one can be sure - it requires more context.

The laws in Scotland relating to families and divorce are different to those in place in England and Wales - that is why you are being asked where in the UK do you live.  The advice may well be different in Scotland to that offered if you live in England or Wales.
