Reclaim Tax on PPI claims where payouts went to Official Receiver?

I had 6 x small-ish (good enough for me) PPI payouts at end of last year so I believe I can now reclaim the tax back.
However, 2 x of the PPI payouts went straight to Official Receiver due their age (historic bankruptcy). Do I add these figures also on R40?
It really doesn't make much difference to the amounts as not huge sums but I don't want to do mess up the form.
The amounts :
4 x PPI tax total paid (Payouts that I received ) = £193.69
2 x PPI tax total paid (Payouts that went to Official Receiver) = £36.41
So I either put £193.69 or £230.10 in the box on form?
I have no savings and pay no tax as low-earner.
Thank you

Did you earn more than £17,500 from pension or wages in the same tax year?
And roughly how much normal interest did you receive in the same tax year?0 -
Thanks for reply.
My income from wages 2019-2020 was £7,338. No pension.
If you mean interest on normal savings... none have about 1p savings! I have no other form of interest.

As they were paid direct to the OR I would go with the £193.69.
From what you have posted you will be entitled to the whole £193.69 back1 -
Thank you so much, very grateful for this. I searched everywhere for the answer before posting and seems no one else had the same question. I will look forward to my £193.69 then, fingers crossed .0

I have a similar question - I went bankrupt in May 2017 due to business failure so my 6 years of purgatory will end in May 2024. Last year two payments totalling just under £14k of PPI went direct to the Receiver in August 2021.
Isit worth my time to try and reclaim the tax now (or even when purgatory ends)? I have a full state pension (plus a couple of tiny ones) which come to around £13k pa, and I have earned £20k - £25k pa since August 2017. I shan't put in the work if I'm not going to receive it.
I didn't realise I could reclaim tax so I no longer have the account details but I do have an email from the Receiver acknowledging the amounts.0 -
Last year two payments totalling just under £14k of PPI went direct to the Receiver in August 2021.That doesn't make sense. Last year was 2022.
Unless you know the amount of statutory interest and the tax deducted how could you even begin to make a claim?
Your first step might be to ask the Official Receiver whether they will expect HMRC to refund them or whether they will let you have any refund.0
