Tell me, does those screenshots below make the high interest savings account looks suspicious to you?
You wouldn't expect them to be regulated if they are not claiming to offer the account and all they are claiming to do is put you in touch with regulated firms offering a great rate after you tell them what sort of customer you are - because it is those firms to whom you're referred that would need the regulation while they would get the click-through or referral fee.

So perhaps barking up the wrong tree to look for the FCA registration. No doubt if you asked them they would explain they don't need to be regulated because they aren't publishing the full details of the offers as an authorised representative, merely capturing your details so that someone can properly introduce the underlying opportunities.

I agree of course that none of us with an eye for scams or even a normal level of caution would touch their 'too good to be true' offers with a bargepole. As the offers for 3.5% AER can't possibly be for a GBP deposit account in the current market, it is bound to be a bait-and-switch or outright scam.

There is a legitimate company registered by the FCA at that post code, but with a very different name and the domain isgrp.co.uk but they appear to be related to reinsurance services and not deposit taking so it's likely to be a clone scam

By the way, there is a company on the FCA register matches the address and postcode of the ISG Advisory Services, but it has a different name: City Quarter Brokers Limited. The FCA page says:
This is a firm or individual that can act on behalf of another firm (its principal) that is authorised in the UK or regulated in another EEA country. The principal is responsible for the appointed representative's activities.
And the page for this company on Company House says:
    Incorporated on: 16 October 2018
Nature of business (SIC): 66220 - Activities of insurance agents and brokers
So in short, the company City Quarter Brokers Limited, at the same address as ISG Advisory Service, is a 1.5 years old company, and has nothing to do with savings accounts.

A search of the postcode "CO5 9HE" on the Company House shows tons of insurance, brokers, financial service and advise companies registered at the exact same address. Those companies are registered over many many years, and some have dissolved. They all have the same person in their company: "HANNAM, Patricia Joan".
