Concert tickets.

Hi hope there is some help. Bought yungblud tickets b4 virus outbreak
 For june london. He has only just postponed not cancelled dates with no other date provided. I canot get a refund from gigsburg. Terms and conditions are making my head spin. I really want that money back as times are hard enough. Im sure people will re buy his tickets once he gives new dates. Hope you can offer some help. Many thanks alison kiernan

Aren't Gigsburg another tout based in Switzerland?  If so, I'm afraid you're probably stuck.  There was a chance that your tickets were non-transferable anyway, meaning you might have been turned away at the venue.

Don't buy from touts, only from the authorised ticket seller.
