I ordered an item from The Range and paid £9.95 for delivery, I have still not received the item and there is no way of contacting the range - there is no email address and the phone lines go unanswered for hours

Open the Paypal dispute for Item Not Received. Do not close it under any circumstances as you cannot reopen it. Escalate it as soon as Paypal say you can. Watch the timelines, if you miss them you will lose the case.blond_durham said:I will try. Thank you
