Quotemehappy home insurance claims line is not working

I just wanted to check that I am not going mad.
I am calling the home insurance claims line number 0345 030 6902, and taking option number 1 for home insurance. I am then given options for car insurance.
Is it just me?
Is there a direct dial number that anybody knows about?
Many thanks.

Just complete as required and if there is anybody there they will deal with it or transfer you.

Unfortunately none of the options provided work, holding the line reads out an automated message.

I've found a way to contact them via a web form, so hopefully this will get the ball rolling
