Hi everyone last year we received a PPI payment which was tax deducted. My query is as the payment was made jointly to myself and my husband (as the loan was in joint names) how do we claim back the tax paid do we have to submit separate claims for 50% each or can one of us claim for both of us? Thanks in advance. BTW Martin Lewis you are brilliant at what you do and keep up the good work 😊

Providing the redress was jointly (addressed and paid as) then you can split it 50/50.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
