Fletchers Freesias Guernsey - Superb Customer Service

On 8th April we ordered a box of their cut freesias as a birthday present for our daughter, next posting date was 12th and delivery stated at 2-3 days - perfect, her birthday was 16th. They did not arrive, so on about 19th I tried emailing but no response, so late afternoon I phoned and left a message on their answer phone. 8am next morning I get a call back from the owner, RM was messing up at least 1/3rd of his deliveries! He immediately offered a full refund or replacement posted no earlier than May 11th as he was not sending flowers before then. The flowers eventually arrived 22nd April looking quite sad! I asked for repalcement, got an email 11th saying they were sending that day, and this afternoon photos from our daughter of the beautiful box of flowers, complete with the Happy Birthday card and message, that arrived this morning.

Customer service "above and beyond" in my opinion, and our daughter now has a house full of the scent of freesias and a couple of beautiful vases of flowers just in time for her son's first birthday.
