Haven Holidays

Hi a booked a weeks holiday at Haven for June 2020.
Because of the Coronavirus it was understandably cancelled.
We were originally offered to just transfer to next year, same dates.
But have heard people are being offered vouchers.
Looking at the prices for next year they have risen by £300, which was expected considering the loss to them.
Can I refuse a refund and insist on the transfer of my holiday?
Many thanks.

No, you can't insist on a transfer to next year, if they refuse you can insist on a cash refund.Nettiebuk said:Hi a booked a weeks holiday at Haven for June 2020.
