I need desperate help please 

my mum owed me about £3k as I've been paying for my motability car the last 12 months (I only got it to help her out with work etc but she's abusing it by using it for herself too much) and she said she would pay the £240 each month 

so my mum has recently been diagnosed with a disability which means she was entitled to PIP.. so she got some backdated money from PIP over £5k.. and she owed me about £3K as she hasn't been paying me the £240 each month 

she transferred the money like a week ago. She was happy to do so.. now she's gone to her boyfriends house I find my online bank account has been suspended and she rang up the bank to dispute the money she transferred in my bank a week ago! 

How is that fair!? They can just suspend my account on lies!? That's like someone paying for a car, getting the car and then disputing not getting the car so suspends someone's bank account!? How is that fair!? 

My mum is an alcoholic and has a new boyfriend who hates me.. they both drinkers and she's basically only Known him a few months.. she's turned really evil and selfish! She is the one with fraud and a criminal record not me my criminal record is clear! 

Any legal experts what's the likely outcome of this? I rang up Lloyd's to dispute it as I need that money for a house move, decorating etc 

I thought bank transfers wasn't able to be disputed after over a week!

She's also suspended my nans bank account as she gave my Nan £500 which my Nan lent her

Why are you letting your mother use your motability vehicle for her own personal use? Do motability know that she's using the car and paying you for using it? You could have the car taken off you and banned from using motability in the future.

Why are you allowing your mother to use your car for work. This benefit is for disabled people to have access to safe, secure transport. Not to help out your mum.
